Risorse Professional, azienda di Head Hunting dal ****, per primario Gruppo Industriale con consolidata esperienza nell'ambito di realizzazione impianti eutture Offshore e Onshore per il settore Energy, Oil & Gas e Power, e un importante focus in ambito Energy Transition, ricerca per la propria sede di ingegneria di Milano un Tecnical Safety Project Specialist Leader che, all'interno della funzione Technical Safety rispondente al department manager, gestisca le attività di progetto con l'obiettivo di conseguire i target di qualità, tempi e costi nella realizzazione dell'ingegneria Technical Safety. La risorsa sarà il riferimento tecnico di progetto e il referente con il Cliente e si occuperà di indirizzare, supervisionare e controllare la realizzazione di studi e di documenti di ingegneria di dettaglio, avendo particolare attenzione agli aspetti critici con impatto sul progetto e assicurandone il delivery nel rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali, degli standard quali-quantitativi, delle normative, delle best practice internazionali e dei tempi e budget assegnati. Responsabilità Garantire l'analisi e l'assolvimento dei requisiti contrattuali attraverso la realizzazione di piani, procedure, studi, workshops (FERA, QRA, EERA, Human Factor, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, EIA, Noise, SECE, ecc...). Documenti di ingegneria di dettaglio (es.: Area Classification, Fire&Gas Detection, Activeamp; Passive Fire Protection, Safety Distances, Escape Route & Safety Sign, Fire Fighting Equipment, ecc...), eseguiti in outsourcing e, in quota parte, internamente. Documenti di ingegneria degli acquisti (MR, TBE, supply specification, ecc...) di impianti/apparecchiature antincendio, equipaggiamenti e segnaletica di sicurezza, ecc. Assicurare l'interfaccia con il Cliente. Assicurare il coordinamento con tutte le discipline tecniche aziendali di volta in volta coinvolte di ingegneria, di procurement e di construction site. Assicurare il coordinamento, l'indirizzo e la supervisione tecnica delle attività in outsourcing. Coordinare gli specialisti affidati, provvedendo alla pianificazione, definizione, verifica delle attività assegnate e all'ottimizzazione delle risorse. Partecipare allo sviluppo degli output di disciplina attraversoporto diretto nei contesti di particolare criticità. Assicurare follow-up dei fornitori. Peculiarità della posizione è l'inserimento in un contesto internazionale e in forte evoluzione, dinamico e sfidante, di confronto con vari stakeholders (es. cliente PMC/operation, subcontractors, consultants, vendor), in ambiente multiculturale con concrete prospettive di crescita e miglioramento. Requisiti Diploma di Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Ambientale, Energetica o titolo equivalente. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 7 anni maturata presso EPC Contractor settore Impiantistico Onshore e Offshore in ambito Energy Oil & Gas e simili. Inglese flu. Altre skills: conoscenza dei principali standard e norme di progettazione (API, IP, IEC, NFPA, ATEX, PED). Conoscenza di MS Office, software calcolo antincendio e risk analysis, 3D CAD. Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte in Italia e all'Estero, compresi i Paesi Extra UE, di breve periodo, secondo necessità aziendali (meetings, workshops, survey).
