L’adesione ai principi di correttezza e integrità è riconosciuta tramite la certificazione SA8000, attestante politiche di lavoro rispettose dei diritti umani.Risultato della posizione Siamo alla ricerca di un recruiter da inserire nel team HR, al fine di accompagnare la crescita aziendale e individuare rapidamente professionisti da coinvolgere nei nostri progetti.Responsabilità principaliRedazione degli annunci tramite LinkedIn e strumenti di sourcing, rivolti principalmente a ingegneri civili, progettisti e professionisti del settore lavori pubblici;Screening dei curriculum;Gestione dei primi contatti con i candidati;Ricerca attiva di candidati e primo contatto;Conduzione di colloqui telefonici e video.RequisitiEsperienza in mansioni simili;Comunicazione scritta e orale efficace, capacità di offrire un’esperienza positiva ai candidati, consapevolezza dell’immagine aziendale;Esperienza con la piattaforma LinkedIn e i suoi strumenti;Capacità di modulare la comunicazione in funzione del contesto e dell’interlocutore;Esperienza nel rapporto con interlocutori esterni (clienti, fornitori, consulenti, candidati);Familiarità con gli strumenti informatici standard (e‑mail, fogli di calcolo, word processors);Conoscenza dei principi di inclusività e pari opportunità;Conoscenza avanzata della lingua italiana (livello C2).Elementi PreferenzialiConoscenze avanzate di comunicazione, marketing e social media;Familiarità con l’uso di espressioni booleane;Conoscenza di lingue straniere, in particolare l’inglese;Esperienza pregressa come recruiter.Altre InformazioniContratto di assunzione CCNL Commercio;Buoni pasto.Iter di SelezioneSe il curriculum risulta positivo, si riceverà una call conoscitiva, con eventuale incontro con i coordinatori e/o la direzione; l’incontro può svolgersi in presenza o da remoto a seconda delle disponibilità.Geopavia è aperta a candidati di qualsiasi orientamento o espressione di genere, orientamento sessuale, età, etnia e credo religioso, in piena conformità con il d.lgs 198/2006.#J-18808-Ljbffr
