Job Description – Tecnico Manutentore (Maintenance Technician)Azienda : AGAP2 Descrizione del RuoloStiamo cercando un Tecnico Manutentore che si occupi della manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva degli impianti termotecnici. Interverrà su impianti termici, HVAC, idrico-sanitari, centrali termiche, pompe di calore e sistemi di trattamento aria, assicurando continuità di funzionamento, sicurezza e conformità normativa.Responsabilità PrincipaliEseguire manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su impianti termici, climatizzazione, ventilazione, idrico-sanitari e pompe di calore.Effettuare diagnosi guasti e ripristino funzionalità degli impianti.Eseguire controlli periodici, verifiche di efficienza e analisi di combustione.Registrare attività manutentive, compilare report tecnici e documentazione per il cliente.Assicurare il rispetto delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza (UNI, impianti termici, efficienza energetica).Intervenire presso i clienti secondo pianificazione o in caso di urgenze.Collaborare con l’ufficio tecnico e i responsabili di commessa per aggiornamenti, ricambi e miglioramenti impiantistici.Gestire materiali, attrezzature e strumenti necessari agli interventi.Fornire assistenza tecnica e supporto informativo ai clienti durante e dopo l’intervento.RequisitiFormazioneDiploma tecnico (Perito Termotecnico / Meccanico / Elettrico) o equivalente.EsperienzaPreferibile possesso di patentino F-GAS e / o abilitazione alla conduzione di impianti termici (2° grado).Esperienza 2–5 anni di esperienza nella manutenzione di impianti termotecnici e HVAC.Esperienza su: centrali termiche, pompe di calore, UTA, VRF / VRV, sistemi idrico-sanitari.Competenze TecnicheConoscenza approfondita di impianti di riscaldamento, raffrescamento e ventilazione meccanica.Capacità di utilizzo strumenti di misura (analizzatori combustione, manometri, strumenti diagnostici).Conoscenza normativa impiantistica e sicurezza D.Lgs. 81 / 08.Lettura schemi tecnici e identificazione componenti impiantistici.Capacità di diagnosi e problem solving su guasti meccanici / elettrici.Soft SkillsAutonomia operativa e senso di responsabilità.Capacità di gestione delle priorità e delle urgenze.Ottime capacità relazionali con clienti e colleghi.Attitudine al lavoro in team e al lavoro su impianti complessi.CondizioniContratto a tempo indeterminato / determinato in base all’esperienza.Interventi presso clienti nel territorio regionale.Formazione tecnica continua e possibilità di crescita verso ruoli senior o specialistici.#J-18808-Ljbffr
