In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth of the organization by leading recruitment for key commercial roles across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Your expertise in the tech field, particularly in cloud and AI markets, will be crucial as you forge strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive strategic hiring. Accountabilities Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and other commercial functions. Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders, hiring managers, and GTM executives, advising on market trends and hiring strategies. Build and manage robust talent pipelines for immediate needs and long-term GTM scaling. Translate business objectives into effective recruitment plans aligned with growth and revenue goals. Use data and market insights to identify challenges and influence hiring decisions. Facilitate high-quality candidate experiences with a DEI-first approach. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and employer branding initiatives across GTM functions. Requirements 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles within high-growth tech or IT companies. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise tech markets. Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions through data insights. Proven ability to scale a function or business unit as the go-to talent expert. Strong stakeholder management skills—collaborative, consultative, and solutions-oriented. Excellent communication skills to craft compelling narratives and present insights clearly. Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
