Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Monza. The Specialist will handle daily technical support requests, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop computers, software, and IT systems. Responsibilities include managing help desk inquiries, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software assets. Additionally, the role requires providing exceptional customer service, implementing IT solutions, and creating relevant documentation.
