This results‑oriented role is key to the success of Sorter projects globally, involving close collaboration with multiple stakeholders from understanding customer needs to providing onsite guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.What we offerCareer DevelopmentCompetitive Compensation and BenefitsPay TransparencyGlobal OpportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage the service solution portfolio for Circular Sorter systemsPrepare quotations for modernization, obsolescence and system expansion projectsSupport Customer Service activities and enhancements for sorter solutionsDevelop project execution timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with internal and external milestonesAnalyze technical customer requirements and develop solution concepts in cooperation with relevant departmentsPrepare and implement customer workshops and technical presentationsSupport the preparation of technical drawings and proposal documentationDefine specifications, request quotations, and support cost calculationsProvide technical support to sales teams and coordinate involved departments (estimating, layout, electrical, SW, purchasing, PM, simulation, installation, etc.)Contribute to the development of new service offerings focused on efficiency, sustainability, and customer experienceSupport the long‑term strategy for Customer Service portfolio developmentEnsure compliance with company quality, safety, and process standardsCollaborate with global teams to standardize processes and promote best practicesRequirementsUniversity degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering with a focus on logistics (or equivalent qualification)Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within industrial automation or intralogisticsIn‑depth knowledge of sorter system (Customer Service, R&D, Engineering, Installation, Commissioning) and maintenance strategiesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions and regionsTeamwork, adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skillsLeadership capability and experience coordinating cross‑functional teamsConstructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertivenessWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyProficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-18808-Ljbffr
