With a strong presence in the global fashion scene, the platform is especially popular among sneaker and streetwear enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR administration including payroll, benefits, employee records, and office-related matters. Coordinate new hire onboarding and exit processes, including asset management. Serve as a trusted contact for employee concerns and promote engagement strategies. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, internal policies, and health & safety standards. Support initiatives that enhance productivity, performance, and retention. Assist in performance processes and initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness. Essential Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws. Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR systems. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
