Overview Posizione: Infrastructure Technical Leader – Red Hat & AI Contratto: contratto indeterminato/ collaborazione in p.iva Descrizione del ruolo: Siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Leader con forte esperienza su Red Hat Enterprise Linux e competenze in AI applicata all’ottimizzazione dei processi , che supporti un importante progetto di modernizzazione infrastrutturale in contesto enterprise complesso . La figura avrà un ruolo chiave sia dal punto di vista tecnico sia di governo del progetto , fungendo da riferimento principale verso il cliente e da guida per il team tecnico. Responsibilities Responsabilità principali: Ruolo di Technical / Account Lead verso il cliente, con responsabilità di interlocuzione e coordinamento Guida tecnica e organizzativa del team , supportando le attività operative e decisionali Valutazione, definizione e miglioramento di procedure e processi infrastrutturali Supporto e supervisione di progetti di migrazione massiva RHEL 7 → RHEL 8 (migliaia di server) Introduzione e valutazione di soluzioni di AI agentica per l’automazione e l’ottimizzazione dei processi Collaborazione con stakeholder tecnici e di business in contesti enterprise strutturati Contributo alle attività di project management (pianificazione, avanzamento, rischi) Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni con Red Hat Enterprise Linux : in particolare su migrazioni RHEL 7 → RHEL 8 su larga scala Esperienza in contesti enterprise complessi Conoscenza di middleware (es. Tomcat) e proxy Conoscenza di Database Oracle (livello base/intermedio, non specialistico) Competenze di base su Microsoft Azure Esperienza o forte interesse nell’applicazione di AI/automazione ai processi IT Capacità di Project Management e coordinamento team Ottime capacità comunicative e di relazione con il cliente #J-18808-Ljbffr
