Context SYSTRA SPAis looking for a BID Specialist to join and strengthen our BID Team. Joining SYSTRA means working in a dynamic and highly stimulating environment characterized by excellence in quality standards. You will be part of a team where interdisciplinarity and the international scope of projects are at the core of our daily operations. Missions/Main Duties The candidate will join the BID Team and, working closely with the BID Office Manager, will provide strategic and operational support in managing national and international tenders. Profile/Skills Key Responsibilities: Tender Documentation: Preparing and organizing documents for public and private bids. Tender Analysis: Reviewing tender specifications and preparing internal summaries. Coordination: Liaising with internal technical departments and external partners to gather administrative and technical data. Document Management: Controlling and archiving all tender-related files according to company standards. Digital Bidding: Uploading documents to e-procurement platforms and client portals. Mandatory Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. Basic knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Codice Appalti) and tender procedures. Experience with major e-procurement platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in engineering or infrastructure sectors. Master’s Degree in STEM fields. Good working knowledge of English (knowledge of French is a plus). Soft Skills: Proactivity and motivation. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
