In this remote-based Account Manager role within Rhythm Management, you will support the Divisional Manager to drive the Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio in Emilia-Romagna. You will execute regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, and identify growth opportunities to expand market share. You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and support OR procedures, tendering, and contract negotiations. This is a long‑term opportunity in a growing division with strong training and cross‑functional exposure. Permanent contract Base salary + incentives Team‑oriented company culture Benefits packages Excellent training/development programs Joining a growing company and division for a long‑term project Drive regional market share growth with a strong commercial focus Execute regional and local sales strategies aligned with broader objectives Build and maintain relationships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders with cross‑functional teams (FCS, SAM, KAM, RSM) Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the territory Manage end‑to‑end sales process including account planning, pricing strategies, and contracts Collaborate with KAMs, FCS, and Inside Sales to develop tailored Account Action Plans (therapy and clinical) 3‑4 years in medical device or pharmaceutical commercial activities with mandatory knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management products or clinical support OR procedure support experience valued Strong knowledge of local healthcare markets and hospital decision‑making Background in Rhythm Management devices and procedures preferred Skilled in tender preparation and engaging with purchasing departments Strong business acumen with experience in planning and executing sales strategies Excellent communication skills and fluency in English Positive attitude, highly motivated, team‑oriented Willingness to travel regionally and nationally Stakeholder Relationship Management Clinical Insight & Patient Pathway Understanding #J-18808-Ljbffr
