La figura sarà il punto di riferimento per le attività di montaggio e collaudo in contesti internazionali, coordinando risorse, fornitori e clienti e gestendo trasferte anche di lunga durata.Principali responsabilità: Coordinamento delle attività di montaggio e collaudo degli impianti Gestione dell’intero processo installativo, incluse le opere civili, il commissioning e le eventuali attività di manutenzione Supervisione delle squadre di lavoro e dei supervisori tecnici Interfaccia costante con clienti, fornitori, filiali estere e interlocutori locali (Marocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Spagna, Portogallo, Francia) Partecipazione alle trattative tecniche con i fornitori Pianificazione e gestione operativa delle trasferte internazionali, con possibilità di supporto logistico dalla sede centraleRequisiti: Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi nel settore impiantistico industriale Buona conoscenza di sistemi elettrici e capacità di lettura degli schemi elettrici Abitudine a lavorare per progetti con obiettivi condivisi Ottime capacità di problem solving, adattabilità e gestione autonoma del lavoro Buone doti relazionali e predisposizione a contesti dinamici e internazionali Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti e continuative, anche di 40/50 giorni consecutivi, per circa il 50% del tempo lavorativo Ottima conoscenza lingua Inglese e FranceseSede di lavoro: Provincia di Padova - con frequenti trasferte internazionali
