**Project Manager**

He will report to the Head of Project Management and will be responsible for the success and delivery of turn-key projects.

Activities
- Assist the sales team during the scope of the job definition project and identify the final results of the project. The Project Manager is also an active part in the technical evaluation of the project;
- Define the project baseline in coordination with the Customer and all other external stakeholders (Architects, Engineers, Investors, Contractors) and Internal (Technical Office, Operations, Installation Team, Sales Division);
- Plan and coordinate the resources needed to complete the project;
- Direct and oversee projects (from the acquisition phase, execution, completion, delivery, while monitoring compliance with project baselines);
- Draft and submit budgets and verify material compliance with the definition of the original scope according to the work objectives;
- Manage scope consistency and resource utilization in order to meet the budget (installation and other relevant costs related to the installation phase);
- Provide guidance on contracts and subcontracts.
- Manage the construction program and activities
- Participate to : Joint Inspections, Weekly/Monthly Meeting, Technical Coordination Meeting, etc.) ;
- Issue periodic updates on the progress at certain intervals regarding costs and timing;
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture;
- 2-5 years of experience in project management in the construction sector;
- English Language C1 - Italian C1
- Ability to budget, plan, negotiate and control costs and scope.
- High degree of familiarity with documents, terms and conditions of contract and subcontracting.
