If you're a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, we'd love to hear from you.We're especially interested in seeing portfolios that showcase modern, intuitive UI / UX for tech products—work that clearly balances usability, responsiveness, and design quality to drive real user and business impact.What You Will Have to DoDevelop high quality user interface designs that prioritize usability and user engagementCollaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually appealing designsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectivelyConduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designsEnsure consistency and coherence across all elements of the user interface, including layout, typography, color, and iconographyPresent ideas effectively and handle feedback constructivelyStay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into our design processWork closely with front‑end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designsWhat You Must Know Technical Skills3+ years of experience in UI / UX design for web and / or mobile applicationsPortfolio showcasing previous UI design workProficiency in Figma for design creation and collaborationAbility to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizesBasic knowledge of HTML / CSS is considered a strong plusProfessional SkillsUnderstanding of user‑centered design principles and best practicesEncouragement of feedback and constructive criticismEffective presentation skills to communicate design ideas and handle feedback constructivelyKeeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporating them into the design processCollaboration and Soft SkillsCollaboration and teamwork skills for effective communication with product managers, developers, and other team membersAttention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiencesOpen to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on user input and usability testing#J-18808-Ljbffr
