If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-up then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.Your role in BizAwayLead design discovery activities within your squad, working closely with Product Managers and developersCollaborate with the other Product Designers ensuring consistency through the entire platform and journeysTurn insights and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsTest solutions with users and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative dataGuide the Research Strategy within your squad and manage with other designers the Research repositoryContribute to the design system and its evolutionOrganize and manage co-design sessions and workshops, helping to spread a strong design cultureImpact measurement: You'll evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions through data and feedback, maintaining a continuous improvement cycleWhat We're Looking For4–6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer ideally in digital product companies with rapid growthYou're not just a task executor, but a strategic collaborator working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other departments stakeholders (e.g. marketing)A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process; we don’t care about the aesthetic but the way you take decisions and solve problems.Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with analytics and collaboration tools (we use Amplitude, Qlik, FigJam and Miro)A user-obsessed, data-driven mindset.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Fluent English (Italian is a plus, but not required).You believe in the power of simplicity in everything you do – from interfaces to processes – eliminating the unnecessary to focus on what truly matters to the user.Strong communicator who articulates design rationale clearly and persuasively, yet remains open and receptive to feedback and collaboration.Why join usContribute to the evolution of a fast-growing traveltech product with direct impact on thousands of users.Be part of an international, dynamic, and collaborative team.Work in an environment where curiosity, learning, and experimentation are encouraged.Help us define the value of Product Design within BizAway as we scale.We are also interested inExperience in the travel industry or enterprise SaaS solutions.Our offer Contract type: Permanent. Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday. Remote work: flexible working policy and great offices in Europe.
