At the core of our innovation is an open enterprise platform that deploys autonomous AI agents to augment human teams across the marketing and advertising value chain, connecting marketing performance with enterprise growth and real business impact.Thanks to a diverse team of over 300 professionals worldwide, we integrate technology, data, and agentic intelligence to redefine how global brands and agencies plan, execute, and optimize their advertising investments.With the recent acquisitions of technology leaders Redmill Solutions and info³, MINT has further expanded its unified ecosystem, completing the long-awaited connection of media planning, buying, and execution within one intelligent environment.The RoleWe are looking for a Corporate IT Team Lead (System Administrator) - a strategic, hands-on, and motivated leader passionate about building and scaling IT excellence across the organization.ResponsibilitiesBuild and operate an IT Service Management (ITSM) — define processes, handle and prioritize support requests, and ensure a smooth user experience.Plan and control the IT department budget, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic investments.Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including contract management and renewals.Manage and maintain office infrastructure, including hardware firewalls, network equipment, and user devices (with MDM, Asset Manager, and Apple Business Manager, etc.).Administer Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Google Admin (users, groups, distribution lists, licenses, and backups).Manage key service providers (e.g. Atlassian Cloud, Auth0, etc.) and support new providers' onboarding.Collaborate with other departments in support of case resolution workflow.This role will be a great fit if you have:5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and improve processes.Willingness to work hands‑on and take ownership of operational and technical tasks.Proactive, results‑oriented, and effective in collaborating with internal teams and external partners.Excellent communication in English and Italian.Why you'll love working at MINT:We offer a competitive salary to recognize the value you bring as a skilled and impactful individual.You will have the chance to immerse yourself in a diverse, inclusive and passionate team environment with a strong international presence.As we expand our reach, you will help us achieve our ambitious goals.
