The successful candidate will work collaboratively towards big-picture goals, build strong relationships with customers and other teams, and create an inclusive environment that empowers talented people to thrive and grow.Trademark & Brand ProtectionNetherlands, UK, or Italy€80,000 to €100,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + BenefitsJOB-7468 JGUResponsibilities:Work closely with the SDR & Marketing teams to follow up on Sales Qualified Leads generated.Prospect new accounts, generating your own pipelineLead discovery conversations with customers to identify pain points, quantify business impacts and understand frustrations with their current situation.Work with Sales Engineering to provide demos of each of the productsSecure and lead in-depth face-to-face and online video meetings with prospects to address questions, oppositions, and concerns.Close deals in a timely manner in line with best practices for continuously shortening the sales cycle.Manage software trials with prospective clients, to ensure adoption, use, and results.Raise the company and business profile at industry physical & virtual events.Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.Requirements:Previous experience of selling of Managed SaaS or IP services (ideally within or related to IP/brand protection)Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian and SpanishAbility to manage and maintain a large prospect databaseExperience of tracking work and forecasting sales via CRMs and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce.Com, Salesloft, Clari, Microsoft Copilot, and e4enable.Previous experience in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including C Level buyers.Ability to influence others, and engender confidence in senior managers through both face-to-face, telephone and written communication.Self-motivation to prioritize demands and make decisions under pressure.A willingness to travel globally on occasion to other company offices and for events and important client meetings.The Company:A global leader in trademark and brand protection, our client partners with businesses to safeguard their most valuable assets in an increasingly complex digital environment.
