This is a full-time position in the Milan, Italy office.The RoleWe are looking for a Paid Media Manager with experience in running campaigns on Facebook and Google. The role sits within our Growth Marketing team and will focus on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in all regions, managing multiple accounts.Lead digital advertising campaigns in both Facebook and Google Ads (incl. Search, Shopping and YouTube) for all marketsCarefully analyze campaign performance; evaluate and interpret performance-related KPIs, working closely with the digital advertising team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for higher efficiencyAnalyze and recommend new copy & creative using both qualitative and quantitative metricsContinuously propose optimizations and ensure quality control of campaignsPrepare accurate reports with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next stepsResearch keywords, market trends, and competition to ensure Eight Sleep is competitive in the marketDevelop and implement tests at a rapid paceStay up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practicesWhat You Need To Succeed3-5 years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, with proven success for direct-to-consumer brands, ideally with budgets above $1M per yearExperience with analytics and research tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, keyword planner)Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground upDevelop and continually expand or refine keywords/copies/assets based on performanceStrong familiarity with marketing funnels and attribution analysisInternational awareness, with basic understanding of diverse culturesA proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things doneWhy Join Eight Sleep?Innovation in a culture of excellenceJoin us in a workplace where innovation isn’t just encouraged - it’s a standard.
