Powered by a dynamic product range and relentless innovation, SteelcoBelimed “Innovates with confidence” and sets new industry standards in Infection Control and Life Science.Post Merger Integration Controller (m/w/d)As a Controller on the Finance & Controlling team, you will support the post‑merger integration for both Business Units: Infection Control and Life Science. You will work closely with finance, the integration PMO and senior leadership to align planning, reporting and realization of synergies.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall monitoring of PMI costs and synergies for both business units in alignment with budget assumptions.Standardized tracking of actual and planned costs and synergies.Connector between operational controllers and the integration PMO.Joint Venture level integration: deliverables, dashboards and progress reporting.Monthly PMI reporting and financial insights to senior management.Oversee CAPEX budget, analysis of variances.Track JV planned activities against the plan.Develop new reporting, analytics and KPIs.RequirementsProven controlling experience with overall business operations exposure.Experience within a group structure in a dynamic international/industrial environment.Ability to collaborate effectively across remote and cross‑functional teams.Prior post‑merger integration experience is a strong advantage.Proactive, can‑do mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.Balance hands‑on detail with a high‑level view.Business fluent in English and strong Excel skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.BenefitsInternational, fast‑growing industry with real impact on healthcare and pharma.High‑impact strategic project shaping the future of the combined organization.Exposure to senior leadership and C‑suite collaboration.Innovative and open‑mind team culture.Strong reputation and expertise in cleaning and disinfection solutions.Apply NowReady to make an impact?
