Il candidato sarà responsabile di definire la roadmap del prodotto, raccogliere i requisiti degli stakeholder e tradurli in specifiche per il team di sviluppo. La figura avrà il compito di lavorare a stretto contatto con sviluppatori, UX designer, tester e altri stakeholder aziendali, garantendo che il prodotto soddisfi le aspettative degli utenti e gli obiettivi aziendali. Lavorerà in un ambiente Agile, utilizzando framework come Scrum o Kanban, e sarà il punto di riferimento per tutte le decisioni relative al prodotto.Attività principaliDefinire e mantenere la roadmap del prodotto, assicurandosi che sia in linea con la strategia aziendale e con le richieste del mercato.Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti dei clienti, degli stakeholder interni e del mercato, traducendoli in user stories e specifiche dettagliate.Prioritizzare il backlog del prodotto, assicurandosi che il team di sviluppo lavori sulle attività a maggior valore aggiunto.Partecipare alle cerimonie Agile (sprint planning, stand-up meeting, sprint review) e supportare il team durante l’intero ciclo di sviluppo.Collaborare con il team di marketing per assicurare un lancio efficace del prodotto, supportando anche le attività di training e documentazione.QualificheEsperienza di almeno 3 anni come Product Owner, Business Analyst o Project Manager, preferibilmente in ambito IT.Conoscenza dei framework Agile (Scrum, Kanban) e comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti software.Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in requisiti tecnici e viceversa.Ottime doti relazionali e capacità di influenzare e coinvolgere stakeholder a diversi livelli dell’organizzazione.Conoscenza delle metodologie di UX e design thinking.Tipo di contratto e BenefitTipo di contratto : Tempo determinato con possibilità di stabilizzazione.Retribuzione : Competitiva, con bonus legati agli obiettivi di prodotto.Benefit : Lavoro da remoto parziale, corsi di aggiornamento, opportunità di crescita interna.#J-18808-Ljbffr
