Position Overview The IT Financial Services Analytics Team Lead is responsible for managing a team dedicated to implementing and maintaining analytics solutions for the IVECOGROUP Financial Services department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality analytics services, supports business stakeholders in identifying analytics needs, and leads the evolution and modernization of data analytics platforms in alignment with IT standards and governance. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team responsible for analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring optimal service levels and continuous professional development. Define and maintain a stable, efficient, and high-performance analytics and reporting platform. Governance & Continuous Improvement Ensure all analytics solutions comply with IT policies, including standard applications, software platforms, and security requirements. Foster the evolution and modernization of data analytics solutions, driving both continuous improvement and change management. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service and application availability, provisioning times, and application improvements. Education & Experience Master degree in applied economics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects. Good knowledge of Financial Services business processes. 2+ years of experience with SAP environments, preferably with Banking (CML, FMS) and FI modules. Proven experience with business analytics tools (e.g., QlikSense, DataBricks). Experience sourcing data from diverse systems, with a strong understanding of data models and ETL procedures. Advanced knowledge of SQL scripting, database architecture/design, and exposure to big data concepts. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Strong ability to work directly with internal and external customers to define and design project requirements. Understanding of ICT architecture, standards, and cybersecurity technologies.
