Solutions Engineer Manager Transmission & EPC Projects ITALYJob Openings Solutions Engineer Manager Transmission & EPC Projects ITALYAbout the job Solutions Engineer Manager Transmission & EPC Projects ITALYSolutions Engineer Manager Transmission & EPC Projects(Italy, Germany, Poland, France,)Job Type: Full-time RemoteMy client is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable energy infrastructure solutions across Europe.The mission is to shape the future of power transmission by combining cutting-edge technology, engineering excellence, and client-centered service.As part of strategic expansion, we are looking for talented and driven Solutions Engineers to join a growing team in Italy, Germany, and Poland.About the RoleAs a Solutions Manager Transmission & EPC Projects, you will play a key role in designing and delivering customized technical solutions for high-voltage transmission systems and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.Youll work closely with clients, internal teams, and EPC contractors to bring complex energy infrastructure projects to life.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver tailored technical solutions for high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and related infrastructure.Collaborate with clients, EPC contractors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.Lead technical solution design and support proposal development, including feasibility studies and cost estimations.Serve as a key technical advisor during the bidding and execution phases of EPC projects.Ensure all solutions comply with relevant technical, safety, and regulatory standards.Conduct site assessments and provide on-the-ground support during project implementation.Create and deliver engaging technical presentations and training for both clients and internal stakeholders.Track industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate.QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field; Masters preferred.Experience in power transmission systems, EPC projects, or related technical roles.Proven knowledge of high-voltage transmission infrastructure, substation design, and associated systems.Hands-on experience across the EPC project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction).Familiarity with European and international standards and regulations.Exceptional problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English and the local language of the assigned country (Italian, German, or Polish).Required:Deep understanding of high-voltage transmission systems and infrastructure.Ability to design practical, scalable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.EPC project experience from pre-design through commissioning.Client-facing experience with strong presentation and negotiation skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
