Our portfolio includes a diverse selection of brands such as Burger King, Quick, O’Tacos, G La Dalle, Dunkin’, and Chopstix.LocationAssago, Italy – Assago, IT, F , ItalyPosition: General Ledger AccountantJoin our Finance team in Assago to manage the accounting activities of several holding entities within QSRP in Europe. In this role you will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration with colleagues and external partners across multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the monthly closing process, including accruals and journal entries, for assigned entities.Record inter‑company loans, interest, and related transactions.Perform inter‑company reconciliations and ensure timely elimination of balances.Oversee payroll accounting in coordination with the external fiduciary in Switzerland.Conduct analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Provide oversight for Accounts Payable and Treasury activities performed by shared‑service teams.Partner with external fiduciaries in Luxembourg and Switzerland to meet statutory and compliance requirements.Upload and validate financial data from the local S4H accounting system into the Sigma consolidation tool.Support internal and external audits by preparing reconciliations, documentation, and audit schedules.Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting in Belgium and cross‑functional teams across Europe.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience, ideally within an international environment.Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus.Good knowledge of Italian is a plus.Proficiency in general ledger accounting, payroll processes, and inter‑company transactions.Basic understanding of IFRS and its application to financial reporting.Basic knowledge of ERP systems (S4H is a plus).As an Individual You AreAnalytical and a problem‑solver with strong analytical skills.Independent and collaborative, comfortable working across borders.Accurate, reliable, and detail‑oriented.BenefitsMeal vouchers.Yearly bonus based on performance.Why Join Us?Contribute to our mission of becoming the market leader in the QSR sector.Plenty of career growth opportunities across all international headquarters.Learning and development at the heart of our culture.Fun initiatives with a focus on giving back to the community.Flexible hybrid work model with a modern office environment.Environmental sustainability at the center of our operations.Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.All applicants will receive consideration for the job with no regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, age, nationality, citizenship, physical or mental disability, military status, family or marital status, medical condition, or any other basis protected by national or local laws and regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
