We're looking for a driven and dynamic Service Manager to lead our educational team and ensure students receive an outstanding learning experience from start to finish.In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for the academic success, satisfaction, and engagement of our students, while managing and motivating a high-performing service team.What You’ll DoRecruit, train, and develop a team of teachers and didactic staffDeliver and uphold academic quality by implementing and maintaining Standard Operating ProceduresTeach classes in line with the Wall Street English MethodDrive internal revenue growth through high-quality service and student retentionOversee the daily operations of the service department to ensure a seamless learning journeyWho You AreWe’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and leadership to the table:Native-level or bilingual English speakerUniversity degree holderCELTA or equivalent ELT certification2+ years of teaching experience (WSE experience a plus)Excellent command of Italian (spoken and written)Experience in team management, with a background in sales or customer service also considered an assetWhat We OfferFull-time contractA comprehensive training program at onboarding and throughout your careerThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ successA dynamic, international work environment with a collaborative team culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
