We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.The RoleWe’re looking for a data driven, commercially astute and innovative Senior Business Development Manager with a track record of success in sales account management to join our team.In this role you will grow existing and identify new partnership opportunities. You will work with the wider Commercial team to drive revenue by taking a hands-on approach to delivering the commercial strategy.Key Responsibilities:Develop and proactively manage a portfolio of key partnershipsReview and negotiate new and existing commercial agreements to drive efficiency and scaleUse a data first methodology to scale, optimise and maintain innovative market leading campaignsTake responsibility for the onboarding of new partnershipsManage a diverse pipeline of prospects and prioritise outreach to accelerate sales funnelNurture prospect relationships through regular communications to move opportunities through the sales funnelManage data for new and existing partnerships by ensuring all communications are logged and accurate.Collaborate with wider team to support the full sales funnel with a thorough understanding of onboarding performance trendsProvide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performanceAnalyse market trends, competitive positioning, and partner feedback to inform business development strategiesAttend and represent business at conferences and trade showsWork closely with the wider acquisition team to deliver business KPI’sAbout You:Minimum 3 years previous experienceYou are committed to development and are hungry to seek new learning opportunities, receive feedback and self-reflectExperience in the iGaming sector and/or Affiliate marketing sectorComprehensive understanding of the digital marketing sales funnels and commercialsProven ability in building relationships and a track record of closing new businessYou are structured, organised and systematic with processes, but can also pivot and adapt to changing prioritiesProfit focused and KPI drivenHighly numerate, analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROIExcellent problem-solving, and decision-making skillsFirst class communication and presentation skillsConfident face to face communicatorSelf driven and obsessive about monitoring and driving performanceYou are proactive and thrive when working as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentLast but not least, you’ll have no egoWhat You’ll GetCompany Bonus SchemeHybrid Working (3 days in office)Private Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
