We presented at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The response? Orders rolling in. Investors interested. Partners calling. Our technical product is locked in. Our R&D team is firing on all cylinders. What we need is someone to own the operational side so we can actually deliver on this momentum.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations professional. We're looking for you to be the backbone of our execution:Manage customer onboarding & fulfillment of ordersCoordinate with the team internally and with suppliers to hit our sales targetsOwn vendor relationships and supply chainKeep internal + external comms flowingFree (and work in close relation with) the CEOQualificationsExperience with hardware or e-commerce (you understand logistics complexity)Knowledge or experience in operationsYou want to build something, not manage processesComfortable with controlled chaos, you thrive when priorities shiftProficient analytical skills to support decision-makingExcellent communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with technology or sports analytics is a plusPassion for football is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredSeniorityEntry to Mid-level#J-18808-Ljbffr
