Someone who can shape effective strategies and guide business units in project management, M&A activities, and the creation of scalable business models. This role involves directly supporting business leaders on how to structure, evolve, and accelerate the sustainable and profitable growth of their units.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Consult and advise business leaders on creating overall strategic direction and identifying growth opportunities.
- Coach the business-on-business development and drive end-to-end product lifecycle projects (research, strategy, design, and development).
- Advise business leaders on business plans related to manufacturing footprint, M&A opportunities, and innovative business modeling.
- Identify and develop the Division/Business Unit teams to establish and scale operations.
- Coach leaders in developing growth strategies based on a deep understanding of the market, including existing and emerging products, competitive landscape, trends, pricing, sales strategies, and potential barriers.
- Support the design of agile organizational structures to enable faster execution and entry into new markets.
- Promote entrepreneurial thinking within a traditional company and support the development of future business and leadership capabilities.

**What We're Looking For**
- Educational background in technical-economic disciplines or a master’s degree in economics/strategy. An MBA is considered a strong plus.
- Solid experience in similar roles within Strategy & Business Development, gained in structured and complex multinational environments, with a proven track record of developing and successfully implementing business strategies.
- Previous experience in management consulting is required.
- Deep knowledge of business development and strategy, with experience in new product development and building customer relationships. Proven commercial acumen and experience in leading business initiatives are considered a plus.
- Strong experience in change management, leading transformation processes and managing resistance—approaches change as an opportunity and demonstrate resilience.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a solid track record of delivering complex and ambitious projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
