Today, we are an international team of over 1,000 people and operate more than 120 stores, where we offer customers a cool and healthy dining experience, defined by a positive mood and Californian vibes.To support this exciting journey, we’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Buyer to join our team and help shape the future of our sourcing strategy.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and execution of our sourcing strategy in line with business goalsIdentify opportunities and critical issues in procurement flows, proposing concrete solutionsConstantly scout the market to discover new suppliers through fairs, meetings and researchLead negotiations and manage renewals, ensuring optimal terms and full complianceMonitor supplier performance and ensure transparency across all purchasing agreementsAnalyze trends and data to anticipate needs and optimize the purchasing portfolioCo-develop seasonal assortments with the Product team to keep our offer fresh and on-pointCollaborate closely with Marketing, Retail and Product Development teamsCreate and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs to monitor purchasing performanceQualificationsExperience in a similar role, ideally in the Retail or Food industryStrong negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted supplier relationshipsAnalytical mindset and confidence in handling data-driven decisionsExperience with contract management and procurement systemsA proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFluent English and Italian is a must, other languages are a plusYou’re curious, ambitious and always looking for ways to improveBenefitsPermanent contract with competitive salary based on experienceBonus scheme linked to performance KPIsAccess to a variety of benefits and perksFast-paced environment with real opportunities to growA diverse and supportive team where you can truly be yourself#J-18808-Ljbffr
