Sales Representative Specialist – Diabetes Care (IQVIA)IQVIA is seeking a Sales Representative Specialist to join our dynamic team in the diabetes care market. This role focuses on promoting and developing product sales in the assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and develop product sales to customers in the assigned area, achieving set objectives.Regularly visit existing and potential customers (Diabetes Services at Hospitals, Polyclinics, Private Nursing Homes, Universities, Local Health Authorities and Retail channel) through a consultative approach.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide transparent feedback and support company objectives.Manage assigned pharmacies and develop potential client pharmacies.Collect and analyze market information, proposing actions to support objectives.Maintain close contact with colleagues and business partners to ensure effective customer approach.Stay updated on product/system evolution and competitor products; transfer relevant market information to the Head Office Sales Functions.Control market situation, propose corrective actions, and provide territory analysis to the direct manager.Report tracking of activities, sample unloading, expense management, and adhere to set methods and timing.Complete training and instructional procedures on time.Perform duties with responsibility, diligence, care of company property, in accordance with company guidelines and HCC procedures.Key Experiences & QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar position.Degree in scientific disciplines (considered a plus).Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Propensity for professional and personal growth, with determination to achieve objectives.Knowledge of Diabetes, OT Products and Competition: thorough understanding of diabetes, treatment options, and ability to differentiate products during sales activities.Territory management experience.Benefits & CompensationContract: Chemical contract, starting with 1 year contract.Incentive System: Linked to achievement of objectives.Company Car.EEO & Legal NoticeIQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.
