As a Program Manager and member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, you will be in charge of improving and implementing existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. Align and localize: Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement established processes in JP operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines. Change and standardize: Establish process procedures and management methods. Drive efficiency improvements and reinforce standard processes. Control and Sustain: Ensure the execution of standard processes across the network, monitor implementation status, and provide necessary support to enable team members to execute standards effectively.
