Our Milan office is growing and we are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Role Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for storytelling and community engagement? We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in the social media world, especially in organic social management. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love collaborating with clients, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Develop and implement editorial plans for various social platforms Write engaging copy for social media posts tailored to different audiences Schedule and publish content across multiple channels Monitor and respond to comments fostering a positive community (community management) Draft regular performance reports and provide actionable insights Manage day‑to‑day client communications and deliverables Proactively contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client social media presence (Bonus) Experience with paid social/ad campaigns is a plus About You 3‑4 years experience in social media management preferably in an agency setting Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Proactive creative and client‑focused mindset Fluent in Italian and proficient in English This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role.
