Key Responsibilities Support the Category Manager in gathering quotations based on predefined requirements and R&D documentationAssist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standardsManage requests for quotation (RFQs): issue requests, follow up on status, summarize results, and support the awarding processMaintain accurate procurement documentation and update procurement databasesCollaborate with internal teams (R&D, Project Management, Category Management) to clarify procurement needs and specificationsMonitor supplier performance and escalate issues related to delays or quality concernsParticipate in supplier audits and compliance reviews as requiredSupport contract administration by coordinating documentation and approvalsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement processQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain support rolesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with procurement software and the MS Office suiteFluency in English (written and spoken)Willingness to travel for business as neededHigh attention to detail and strong analytical mindsetWhat’s in it for you?
