Our top brands include Nutrilite™, ARTISTRY™, and eSpring™.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintaining basic knowledge of all current legislation for all business lines of responsibility, including proposed changes; ensuring up‑dates on product registration, ingredients, claims, classification, packaging and labeling.Providing registration / notification dossiers, declarations and certifications for the market(s) of responsibility with the assistance of the Regulatory Affairs Specialist and/or Manager.Checking and approving artworks in accordance with market legislation with assistance of the Regulatory Affairs Specialist and/or Manager.Interacting with registration/notification agencies for product notification / registration with support of the Regulatory Affairs Specialist and/or Manager. Preparing regular progress reports.Consulting and supporting departments of Amway about questions on registration, notification, declaration and certification.Involved in activities aimed at protecting Amway during inspections by state authorities, preparing documentation, arranging internal and external examination of goods, coordinating with Centre, Marketing, lawyers and other departments.Establishing sound communication and working relationships within R&D, corporate personnel at Centre, and other company affiliate personnel, suppliers, consultants, legal counsels, and public and government agencies.Protecting the company’s proprietary information by ensuring confidential information is not released to individuals except on a need‑to‑know basis and ensuring confidentiality agreements are executed promptly.Required Knowledge & Skills And/or Related ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in regulatory or related field.Master or Bachelor in Chemistry, Biology, Bio‑Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields.Demonstrates basic knowledge of the fields/supported systems and supports projects under supervision.Interprets and applies data, standard practices, procedures and protocols.Resolves routine problems.Performs tasks and supports projects under supervision.Excellent language skills in English and local language; further language skills are a plus.Experience working for multi‑national corporations is appreciated.Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.What You Can Expect From UsCompetitive salary and great bonus potential.Recognition system.Additional day off for your Birthday.66% discount on Amway products.Health insurance (fondo est).Accident insurance.Cafeteria system (electronic lunch tickets).Seasonal fruits twice a week.Free yearly tax service.Company events.Extra days off on Dec 24 and Dec 31.Attractive office location in the heart of Milan.Seniority level: Entry level | Employment type: Full‑time | Job function: Legal | Industries: ManufacturingApply now to join Amway and build your career in regulatory affairs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
