RAL indicativa di 33.000€. Sede di lavoro : Torino Di cosa ti occuperai? L'Accounting Specialist si occuperà di: codificare i fornitori ed aggiornarne l’anagrafica; effettuare operazioni bancarie autorizzate dal General Accounting Manager a mezzo remote banking (pagamento fornitori, pagamenti vari); aggiornare i partitari clienti e fornitori relativamente agli incassi e pagamenti; predisporre le previsioni dei pagamenti a due mesi ogni fine mese; controllare i conti bancari on-line e gestire eventuali problematiche; erogare gli anticipi o ricevere e controllare le note spese da inviare all’Ufficio personale, verificare le autorizzazioni, raccogliere e quadrare i giustificativi, aggiornare le registrazioni contabili relative ai movimenti di cassa; stampare e verificare il giornale bollato; archiviare i cartacei secondo i dettami di legge; mantenere i contatti con le banche e i fornitori relativamente ai pagamenti per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.
