Azienda specializzata in scavi e posa di infrastrutture di telecomunicazioni, in particolare nella realizzazione di reti in fibra ottica, ricerca un General Manager con comprovata esperienza nel settore edile per guidare e sviluppare le attività operative, coordinare i progetti e supportare la crescita strategica dell'impresa. Responsabilità principali Supervisione delle attività operative e dei cantieri. Gestione del team tecnico, amministrativo e dei rapporti con fornitori e appaltatori. Pianificazione e monitoraggio dei progetti, garantendo tempi, costi e standard qualitativi. Sviluppo di strategie commerciali e di espansione sul territorio. Controllo dei budget e analisi dei costi aziendali. Assicurare la conformità a normative e protocolli di sicurezza. Requisiti richiesti Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di direzione nel settore edile o affini. Ottime capacità di leadership, gestione del personale e problem solving. Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di scavo, posa di infrastrutture e reti in fibra ottica (preferibile). Spiccate capacità organizzative e orientamento ai risultati. Offriamo Contratto commisurato all'esperienza. Ruolo di responsabilità e autonomia decisionale.
