Within this stunning setting, the Cloud 7 Hotel Colere features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar & ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.JOB DESCRIPTIONKEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and coordinate all Rooms Division operations.Ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience throughout the entire stay journey, from arrival to departure.Lead Rooms Division teams, setting clear standards for service excellence, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.Monitor daily operations, room readiness, occupancy flow, and special guest requests to ensure accuracy and consistency.Coordinate closely with Engineering and Security to maintain safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready facilities.Implement and maintain Rooms Division SOPs, policies, and brand standards across all areas.Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery related to rooms and accommodation experience.Prepare and review daily reports, handovers, and operational updates for the Rooms Division.Support training, coaching, and performance management for Rooms Division supervisors and team members.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all rooms and public areas.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS5–8 years of experience in Rooms Division operations.Experience working in lifestyle, boutique, or resort hotels; mountain or seasonal destinations is an advantage.Hands‑on experience with PMS and hotel operating systems.Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.Ability to manage multiple operational areas in a fast‑paced environment.Fluent in English (Italian is an advantage).JOINING OUR TEAM MEANSCompetitive Compensation: A rewarding package tailored to your experience.Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within our dynamic organisation.Inclusive Environment: A vibrant and inclusive workplace that encourages collaboration.Shared Purpose: Working with passionate people who live our values every day — connecting, innovating, curating, and leading the way together.LocationBergamo, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
