The company offers advanced technological solutions for transforming sheet metal into finished parts, known for reliable equipment and quick, qualified technical service.Its well-established presence across Italy enables prompt and personalized responses to customer needs, ensuring continuous production and high efficiency standards.The roleYou will be part of the Technical Support team, focusing on post-sales support and intervention management for Italian clients, spending approximately 80% of your time onsite. Your main goal will be to ensure optimal installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment supplied by the company, helping reduce machine downtime and maximize plant efficiency. You will work closely with international manufacturers and the internal Service team, actively contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of technical service quality.Your responsibilitiesInstall and test systems and machines at client sites across ItalyPerform routine and extraordinary maintenance on electronic and automation componentsDiagnose faults and malfunctions, proposing effective technical solutionsProvide technical assistance via phone or remote support when neededPrepare technical reports on interventions performedCollaborate with the technical department to improve products and user manualsIdeal candidate profileWilling to travel frequently across Italy (approximately 80%)Diploma in electrical, electrotechnical, or electronic/automation technical fieldsAt least 3 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments of mechanical processing machineryKnowledge of electrical technical drawings and diagnostic toolsGood understanding of electromechanical components and PLCsEnglish language proficiency at B1 levelAutonomous, precise, and customer-orientedWhat the company offersInitial permanent contractSalary between €35,000 and €45,000 gross annuallyAll job advertisements are aimed at both men and women (L.903/77).To verify if the position is still active, visit and enter the job code.Send us your CV even if the applications are closed; we may contact you in the future.Read the privacy policy and give consent to data processing in the application form.Personnel Search and Selection - Aut.
