Descrizione dell’Azienda : GAD , una rinomata società di Project & Cost Management , specializzata nella consulenza per developer e fondi di investimento per la grande edilizia, è alla ricerca di un Ingegnere Elettrico o un Perito Elettrotecnico con almeno 3 anni di esperienza per la posizione di Electrical Cost Engineer.Il candidato sarà inserito all’interno del dipartimento di MEP Cost Engineering e risponderà direttamente al Team Leader MEP.Ruolo e ResponsabilitàAnalisi tecnica ed economica dei progetti impiantistici (in particolare elettrici);Value engineering;Sviluppo di stime di budget;Controllo e verifica dei costi durante lo sviluppo delle fasi progettuali;Esecuzione di bill of quantity;Ricerche di mercato;RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria Elettrica; in alternativa diploma di Perito Elettronico o ElettrotecnicoAlmeno 3 anni di esperienza in settore affine o studio di progettazioneOttima capacità di utilizzo pacchetto office, nello specifico Excel;Buona conoscenza di Autocad;Eccellente capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire compiti multipli con efficienzaCompetenze comunicative e organizzative di alto livelloItaliano madrelinguaGradita buona conoscenza dell’inglese (Livello B2)OffriamoAssunzione con contratto dipendente a tempo indeterminatoRAL commisurata all’esperienzaBuoni pasto da 7 € al giornoAssicurazione sanitaria aziendale integrativaLavoro ibrido con la possibilità di usufruire di smartworkingPerché scegliere noiOpportunità di crescita professionale in un’azienda leader nel settoreEsperienza in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e sfidanteCoinvolgimento in progetti di consulenza di alto profilo e innovativiSede di lavoro : Milano, Via M.
