Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionLa risorsa sarà responsabile della definizione e implementazione della strategia commerciale per hotel 4*/5*, guidando lo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti B2B e MICE, negoziazioni strategiche e coordinamento interfunzionale per massimizzare revenue e brand positioning.Responsabilità principaliDefinire e implementare la strategia commerciale per il portafoglio di hotel 4*/5* nel mercato assegnato, in linea con il business plan e gli obiettivi di revenue.Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità nei segmenti offlineGestire e fidelizzare le key accounts, negoziando accordi strategici con agenzie, DMCs, consorzi e aziendeCoordinare con i team di Revenue, Marketing, MICE per garantire l’esecuzione impeccabile delle strategieRappresentare il brand in fiere, eventi internazionali, site inspections e fam trips , agendo come ambassadorMonitorare e analizzare trend di mercato, concorrenza e performance , proponendo azioni innovativeSupervisionare il team commerciale locale, promuovendo la collaborazione interdipartimentaleElaborare e presentare report mensili, forecast e KPIRequisitiLaurea in Turismo, Hospitality Management o similiEsperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli commerciali senior in hotel di fascia alta o catene internazionaliConoscenza approfondita del mercato hospitality locale e internazionalePortafoglio attivo di contatti B2B, MICE, leisure e corporateOttime capacità di negoziazione, leadership, analisi e orientamento al risultatoFamiliarità con CRM, Opera Cloud, Microsoft OfficeDisponibilità a viaggiare frequentementeEsperienza in aperture, riposizionamenti o espansione commerciale è altamente valorizzataCosa offriamoContratto stabile e salario competitivo commisurato all’esperienzaOpportunità di crescita interna e sviluppo professionale attraverso programmi formativiAmbiente internazionale, dinamico e orientato all’eccellenzaSconti su soggiorni e F&B nei nostri hotel partnerPartecipazione attiva nella definizione di strategie e progetti di espansione#J-18808-Ljbffr
