Job Purpose Works autonomously and on complex installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC and Competitors products (equipment and tools) Job Description Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC and Competitors products (equipment and tools) Handles customer comments, requests and complaints Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT) and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documents Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Company's Service Management Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job Provides Project Support as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices. May mentor or instruct less experienced team members and / or customers in and out of the field You are meant for this job if : High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma Minimum 7 years of experience in field service technician role Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields : hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools Ability to read and understand drawings Able to perform moderate complex calculations Ability to use and understand technical tools and instruments and perform basic troubleshootingKnowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures Fluent French and English languages in writing and verbally MS Office applications Skills Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
