Alle dirette dipendenze del Field Service Manager , il Field Service Technician sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione e dell’esecuzione delle attività di supporto tecnico e sarà basato a Milano (ruolo ibrido). In questo ruolo, una giornata tipo includerà: Attività da tecnico dell’assistenza sul campo Installazione di laser e sistemi di marcatura Installazione, riparazione e manutenzione Formazione di base del cliente Supporto telefonico Requisiti essenziali del ruolo / Essential requirements Italian section: Laurea in ingegneria elettrica o esperienza equivalente Interesse per la tecnologia, in particolare software e sistemi di telecamere Disponibilità a viaggiare (Italia, Europa e occasionalmente a livello internazionale) fino all 85%, dal lunedì al venerdì – raramente nei fine settimana Passione per l’apprendimento e lo sviluppo personale Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta) English section: Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience Interest in technology, especially software and camera systems Willingness to travel (Italy, Europe, and occasionally internationally) up to 85%, Monday to Friday – rarely on weekends Enjoy learning and personal development Proficiency in English (spoken and written) We offer / Offriamo An interesting, challenging, and financially attractive position in a continuously growing market, at one of the most successful multinational companies.
