Location: Milan, Italy Job details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Entertainment Providers What you’ll do Coordinate a team to help achieve business goals. Plan, analyze private campaigns focusing on reactivation, upselling, cross selling, player engagement and retention. Manage the planning and continuous optimization of private promotions, ensuring performance and alignment with commercial goals. Maintain campaign reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution. What you’ll bring Managerial skill and attitude. Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel. Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English. Customer‑centric approach.
