We move quickly, think boldly, and trust each other to challenge the norm, learning and growing as we go.If you're looking for more than just your next job – if you want to build something impactful with a talented team – you're in the right place.What You'll Be Doing As a Corporate Finance Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping our company's financial narrative and engagement with the investment community.Investor Communications – Develop and prepare high-quality investor update materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, press releases, and Q&A documents.Shareholder Management – Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors and shareholders, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate shareholder records.Internal Stakeholder Presentations – Create compelling internal presentations for senior leadership on financial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.Extraordinary Corporate Transactions – Support various corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and other strategic transactions, from due diligence to execution.Financial Analysis – Conduct financial analysis, market research, and peer benchmarking to support investor relations efforts and strategic decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with finance, legal, communications, and executive teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.Who We're Looking ForRelevant experience – 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investor relations, investment banking, or a related advisory role (e.g., Big Four consulting).Education – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.Analytical Prowess – Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proactivity and Adaptability – Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Our Benefits & Perks We believe high commitment, effort, and impact deserve to be highly rewarded and supported.
