Area Sales Manager – Service Flowtec is collaborating with a global Swedish company, a world leader in the manufacturing of pumps and compressors. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager – Service to support service sales in Italy. Key Responsibilities Achieve service revenue targets in Italy and increase penetration of service products. Maintain proactive communication with customers to identify after‑sales service needs. Propose appropriate service solutions from a technical and commercial perspective. Collaborate closely with the technical support team to deliver a committed, efficient, and high‑quality service. Work jointly with the capital equipment sales team to drive proactive service business and improve customer satisfaction. Manage customer incidents and coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure agile and effective solutions. Consistently record all commercial activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate market information and an up‑to‑date database. Meet sales objectives by developing action plans to identify prospects, targets, and new markets. Follow up on leads generated through different channels. Availability to travel more than 50% of the time. Candidate Profile Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. More than 2 years of sales experience within a high‑level industrial company (experience in rental companies will be a plus). Strong technical knowledge. Experience in sales management and territory management. Excellent planning, reporting, and organizational skills. Good level of English. Strong command of digital tools.
