About The Role The Financial Planning, Budget & Reporting Expert will play a pivotal role within the Finance Manufacturing Team, serving as a support to the manufacturing site. This position is instrumental in supporting both the site’s key stakeholders and the Financial Planning, Budget & Controls Manager in achieving the company’s financial objectives and long‑term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Work closely with accounting team on all relevant accounting topics. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, month‑end close and corporate deadlines. Work with CAPEX team to provide best in class support for an efficient capitalization process. Ensure proper SOX controls are in place and executed. Month‑end Close preparation. CAPEX reporting. Cost accounting. Financial planning and forecasting. Budget Control. Volume, cost and working capital reporting. Treasury backup and support. SOX controls & Compliance. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in similar financial planning/accounting roles. ACCA/CIMA Qualified preferred. University degree in business/finance/engineering. Prior supply chain experience beneficial. Solid knowledge of cost accounting in SAP environment, consolidation. Strong technical knowledge and ability to cope with various stakeholders. Strong communication/interpersonal skills. Fluent in Italian and English.
