The Project Logistic specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics activities related to specific projects, with a strong focus on the advanced use of the Matrix Premium WMS. The role includes overseeing warehouse flows, optimizing processes through the system, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and on‑time project delivery. Key Responsibilities Configure, manage, and monitor logistics processes using the Matrix Premium WMS. Support logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring proper implementation of workflows. Coordinate warehouse activities related to inbound, storage, picking, and outbound processes. Analyze data and generate operational reports through the WMS. Collaborate with IT, Operations, and suppliers to solve technical and process‑related issues. Train and support internal users on the use of Matrix Premium. Ensure compliance of logistics procedures with company and regulatory standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse digitalization projects.
