In projects that shape the industry.As an Junior Influencer Marketing Trainee, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.Job Functions Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives.Manage influencer relations, from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines.Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients.Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes.Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.Requirements Academic studies in marketing, communications or related fields.Passionate about social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social performance metrics.Excellent communication and organization skills.Fluent in English and Italian.For this traineeship you need to be enrolled at an Italian university.Benefits Hybrid work modality, 3 days in the office.Days off to be agreed with the manager.Dec 24 & 31 and your birthday off.Seniority level InternshipEmployment type Full-timeJob function OtherIndustries Advertising ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at SAMY Iberia by 2xGet notified about new Influencer jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy .Influencer Manager, Italy - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
