Our vision is to lead the evolution of brand communication with bold, human and transformative creativity that pushes boundaries and unlocks potential.Job FunctionsLead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives.Manage influencer relations, from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines.Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients.Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes.Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.RequirementsAcademic studies in marketing, communications or related fields.Passionate about social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social performance metrics.Excellent communication and organization skills.Fluent in English and Italian.Enrolled at an Italian university for the traineeship.BenefitsHybrid work modality, 3 days in the office.Days off to be agreed with the manager.Off on Dec 24 & 31 and your birthday.Seniority levelInternshipEmployment typeInternshipJob functionMarketingAdvertising ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at SAMY by 2x.Get notified about new Influencer jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy .#J-18808-Ljbffr
