Contratto: Assunzione Diretta Luogo di lavoro: ROMA Il nostro cliente, nota realtà Telco, ci ha incaricato di ricercare in Assunzione Diretta una figura di: CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGER con un'esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo. Il CVM ha la mission di creare valore attraverso l'ideazione, l'implementazione e l'orchestrazione di iniziative data driven per lo sviluppo dei ricavi della customer base della rete fissa, mobile e convergente, al fine di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi del piano CVM, nel rispetto delle norme privacy e delle contact policy. Attività da svolgere: analisi dei comportamenti della customer base finalizzati alla costruzione del valore gestione e sviluppo di portafogli d'offerta personalizzati, dedicati alla customer base in ottica revenue maximization e in coerenza con l'evoluzione dell'offerta mass market e con gli obiettivi strategici del CVM definizione e implementazione delle iniziative di sviluppo e/o fidelizzazione della CB in base al ciclo di vita del cliente, dei processi correlati, della comunicazione one to one e del go to market evoluzione dei sistemi di campaign management e relativa requisitazione pianificazione delle campagne e armonizzazione della comunicazione one to one con controllo della market pressure multicanale execution delle campagne, attraverso la configurazione sulle piattaforme dedicate monitoring campagne, reporting e review/tuning azioni Competenze tecniche richieste: Elementi di marketing, analytics e business evaluation Conoscenza pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, Powerpoint) e PowerBI. Conoscenza SQL e utilizzo moduli SAS. Competenze tecniche/informatiche (es. conoscenza di base di tecniche e logiche di programmazione) Sede di lavoro: Roma. Modalità di lavoro ibrida: 2 gg da remoto e 3 gg in sede. Tipologia contrattuale: Assunzione Diretta con contratto a tempo indeterminato con CCNL Telecomunicazioni.
