RINA is currently recruiting for a Key and Large Accounts Certification Key Account Manager to join its office in Roma or Milano, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.MissionRINA is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join its office in Milano, Italy within the Key & Larg account Division.Key AccountabilitiesThe new resource will be part of the team dedicated to strategic management of key clients and will:Collaborate with Business Units to support the development of long-term strategies that foster growth and sustainability of assigned accountsSupport the definition of the Key Account Plan, contributing to the development of action plans and targets for each Business UnitServe as contact point for assigned Key Accounts, participating in client meetings and ensuring effective communication between client and RINACoordinate the multi-Business Unit cross-functional team for effective 360‑degree account managementIdentify and develop new business opportunities through regular customer meetings, implementing a proactive sales approachMonitor customer satisfaction through periodic meetings and contribute to implementing corrective actions to improve relationshipsPromote cross‑selling opportunities by facilitating the sale of strategic services to assigned accountsMonitor sales performance (order intake, strategic agreements)Support the management of framework agreement and tender management processes #LI-MP3QualificationsMaster's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Philosophy, Political Science or related disciplinesAt least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account managementKnowledge of the certification and inspection services sector will be considered a plusAbility to develop strategic relationships with key clients at various organizational levelsExcellent communication skills in Italian and English, both oral and writtenOther languages will be considered as a plusAbility to work in cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across different Business UnitsExcellent analytical skills and data-driven orientation for monitoring account performanceAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCustomer and result-oriented approachAvailability for business trips within Italy and abroadVery good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointProactivity and problem-solving skillsManagerial aptitude and capacity to satisfy demanding clientsRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
