Joining our team means helping to create memorable moments with passion, courtesy, and attention to detail.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated, professional, and proactive Night Auditor for the 2026 season (March to November). In this position, you will supervise the night team, ensuring front‑office operations and daily financial closures are managed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano standards.You will serve as the main point of reference for the team during night hours, ensuring impeccable service and the safety of the property.Main ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests during check‑in and check‑out throughout the shift, handling in‑house guest requests.Supervise the property by managing and monitoring common areas.Ensure accurate handover and reporting on property status or guest‑specific information.Perform daily financial closure, verify transactions, and prepare end‑of‑day and next‑day reports in line with company procedures.Handle cash transactions in accordance with operational procedures.Monitor surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests, liaising with external night security when necessary.Ensure a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all relevant information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations to maintain service continuity and quality.Ensure compliance with Borgo Pignano’s service standards and Health and Safety regulations.Reporting LineReports to: Front Office ManagerQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in front‑office night positions.Excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS and Excel.Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and team‑management skills.Customer‑oriented, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (a second language is a plus).Well‑groomed appearance and commitment to sustainability values.Own means of transportation.EU passport.Verifiable professional references.What We OfferFixed‑term contract lasting approximately 7 months.Well‑being initiatives and events promoting collaboration and inclusion.50% discount on dining services at our sister hotel (subject to availability).A work environment combining luxury hospitality with sustainability.Shared accommodation and meals included.Uniform and laundry service provided.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous training.A passionate team committed to nurturing individual talent.Relais & Châteaux training and constant managerial support.Our Commitment to YouAt Borgo Pignano, we offer an inspiring and inclusive workplace where collaboration, creativity, and personal growth are at the heart of everything we do.
